PORT SURGERY

Today my mom had a port a cath(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_(medical)) inserted. The surgery went well. They are keeping her in ICU in order to keep her under observation and to give her her own room. Still looks like treatment starts tomorrow.

    I am happy to hear that it went well. I think of you all 24/7 and hope her treatment goes well tomorrow and that she will be able to rest better once treatment begins although I know it will be difficult--she is a very strong person.
